Vision

After more than twenty-five years of practicing dermatology and Mohs surgery, Dr. Bagheri
recognized a troubling trend in modern healthcare. Patients were waiting longer for
appointments, spending less time with their physicians, and increasingly receiving care from
mid-level providers, rather than developing a lasting relationship with one specialist. As
both a physician and a patient himself, Dr. Bagheri experienced these frustrations
firsthand.

To solve this problem, he envisioned a different model.

Because membership is intentionally limited, every patient receives the time and attention
they deserve. A practice where appointments begin on time. Where questions are encouraged
rather than rushed. Where surgery is performed with meticulous attention to detail. Where
patient education leads to patient participation, which in turn leads to better outcomes.

Our practice was built around one simple principle: fewer patients, deeper relationships,
and uncompromising care. Excellence is the result of time, preparation, and attention to
every detail.
