Membership begins with a complimentary introductory meeting with Dr. Bagheri. During this
visit, you will tour the practice, learn about our philosophy, review the membership
benefits, and have the opportunity to ask questions.

The meeting does NOT establish a patient-doctor relationship and no medical advice will be
provided.

Our goal is mutual compatibility. We want every member to feel confident that our practice
aligns with their expectations, and we want to ensure we can provide the level of service
every member deserves.

As a reflection of our confidence in the program, if you decide during your first three
months that membership is not the right fit, your membership fee will be fully refunded.
